Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

, you will take a central role in guiding the financial strategy of two dynamic companies, overseeing credit decisions, and ensuring sustainable growth – all within a collaborative and innovative environment.

Your Role

As CFO, you will play a central role in guiding the financial health and strategic direction of both companies. You will be responsible for driving financial performance, ensuring compliance, and supporting business growth – while empowering your team and making impactful decisions every day.

Your Responsibilities

Financial Strategy:

Develop and implement the overall financial strategy for both companies

Core Finance Functions:

Lead accounting, controlling, and financial reporting activities

Planning & Forecasting:

Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and modeling

Liquidity & Stability:

Oversee cash flow, liquidity management, and capital allocation

Credit Decisions:

Take ownership of credit decision-making and portfolio risk management

Risk & Controls:

Establish and maintain strong risk management and internal control systems

Stakeholder Management:

Negotiate with banks, investors, and external partners

Collaboration:

Work closely with operational teams to align financial and business objectives

Your profile

Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field Several years of senior financial leadership experience in a

leasing company

, including a valid

BaFin license

Proven expertise in accounting standards (HGB, IFRS) Strong analytical skills and exceptional financial acumen Solid experience in

credit decision-making

and portfolio management Proficiency in building financial models and forecasts Excellent command of German and English (spoken and written) Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire teams (Optional) Knowledge of vehicle value developments – advantageous but not required
