Role Overview

You will be responsible for building brand architecture, defining positioning, and developing marketing that directly drives business growth. The main focus is to create a global strategy, lead branding and rebranding projects, and support go-to-market initiatives for new products.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a global brand and marketing strategy Define brand architecture and positioning across international markets Build go-to-market strategies for new products Oversee branding and rebranding projects in collaboration with agencies Develop visual identity and communication strategy Segment target audiences and create relevant marketing messages Manage relationships with agencies and external partners Work closely with sales and product teams to support business objectives Establish marketing KPIs and ensure performance tracking Build and develop the marketing team

Requirements & Experience

5+ years of experience in brand strategy and global marketing (B2B / fintech / tech) Proven track record in launching, scaling, or transforming brands Strong skills in strategic planning and brand architecture Experience leading rebranding projects and working with agencies Deep understanding of the B2B model and corporate sales
