Role Overview

The Channel Inside Sales Representative plays a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency and supporting strategic initiatives within our global Channel Sales team. This position facilitates seamless communication between Channel Partners, the Channel team and internal departments, driving collaboration and ensuring smooth lead and opportunity management.

Your Tasks

Support our global Channel Sales team and the local leadership in administrative and operational task, organization, planning & implementation of strategies. Create presentations, reports and statistics and organize trainings and meetings. Maintain customer, channel partner and sales data in the CRM system (Salesforce) Support at lead, quote and opportunity management in the CRM system (Salesforce). Act as an interface between Channel Partners, Professional Services, Order Fulfillment Center, Product Management and all related departments. Support the global Channel Team preparing, processing and following up opportunities and orders Planning, coordinating and following up on workshops as well as trade shows Drive the contract renewal process end to end in the indirect RTM

Your Profile

Convincing appearance and strong communication and teamwork skills. Solution / process-oriented and analytical way of thinking as well as high self-motivation and willingness to constantly develop, pick up on and implement innovations. Business fluent in written and spoken English. 3+ years general sales experience, inside sales preferred Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships Ability to work in a cross-functional environment Strong written and verbal communication skills
