Your responsibilities

Develop and implement the Merchandise Financial Plan to drive collection profitability and productivity Build accurate Buy Plans at the option level using historical data, demand forecasts, and product priority Ensure key programs and “must-haves” reach their full potential in availability and sales Align top-down financial targets with bottom-up planning across sales, intakes, margin, and productivity Manage Open-to-Buy forecasting by category, market, and price type to optimize inventory and margins Lead data-driven performance analysis to continuously improve planning accuracy and business outcomes Create transparency through inventory scorecards to improve planning accuracy and business outcomes Create transparency through inventory scorecards and support Sales & Operations Planning meetings You’ll collaborate closely with teams across Range Management, Sales, Merchandising, and Product Creation. As a Category Planner, you’re not just behind the numbers – you’re a key partner influencing strategic decisions and shaping the future of our product offering

What you bring

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education Minimum 3 year of relevant experience in merchandise or retail planning Passion for understanding consumer demand through trend, market, and historical data analysis Strong Excel skills; experience with Data Warehouse reporting tools is a plus Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and present them across functions Excellent communication skills – able to influence and inspire across functions Self-motivated, structured, open-minded, proactive, flexible, and comfortable with complexity Good command of spoken & written English
