As Category Buyer Logistics, you will be responsible to drive value delivery through partnering with Supply Chain department both centrally and on the market level and external partners. You will be part of diverse and passionate community of Indirect Procurement professionals. Your responsibilities
  • Execute Central Indirect Procurement initiatives for Logistics Category Portfolio to ensure on time value and required service levels
  • Implement and drive high level of adoption of procurement policies, procedures and programmes
  • Support development and execution of category strategy
  • Execute non-merch cost reduction programmes launched centrally to realize significant savings
  • Responsible for execution of P2P processes, centralized contract management to ensure the overall compliance within the assigned Category Portfolio
  • Responsible for Central supplier selection process and implementation of all necessary approval flows in compliance with the Delegation of Limits standards and other P2P/Contract management policies for the assigned Category Portfolio
  • Identify savings opportunities for the category and partner with the Central Indirect Procurement Team
  • Execute contract excellence practices, perform negotiation with European vendors and execute sourcing processes
What you bring
  • University degree in Economics, Finance, Logistics, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years in indirect Category buying, or equivalent
  • Experience in or demonstrated capability of managing commercial results in procurement
  • Extensive knowledge of Procurement S2P standards and processes
  • Sense of urgency and ability to approach and solve problems proactively, anticipating and flagging issues
  • Positive and forward-looking mindset with a can-do attitude
  • Fluency in business English
