is in search of a motivated and experienced

Call Center Supervisor

to lead our team in selling supplements and cosmetics over the phone. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities



Team Leadership:

Supervise, mentor, and train a team of call center representatives to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

Sales Management:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote our range of supplements and cosmetics.

Performance Monitoring:

Monitor calls, evaluate performance metrics, and provide constructive feedback to ensure team members meet sales goals.

Customer Engagement:

Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.

Training and Development:

Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the sales techniques and product knowledge of team members.

Reporting:

Prepare and present performance reports to management, analyzing sales trends and team effectiveness.

Process Improvement:

Identify areas for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications



Proven experience in a call center environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. Strong sales acumen, particularly in supplements or cosmetics, is highly desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using call center software and CRM systems. Ability to motivate and lead a diverse team while achieving the company's sales objectives. Operators that aree ready to join our call-center.
