With more than twenty themed rooms, including colorful sets, a ball pit, karaoke rooms, and creative installations, visitors are immersed in a unique world where art, entertainment, and hospitality come together. What You'll Be Doing

As a Café & Floor Angel, you are the welcoming face of The Upside Down. You create memorable guest experiences both in the café and on the floor. With your enthusiasm, service mindset, and sense of responsibility, you ensure that every visitor leaves as a true brand ambassador.

Your Tasks and Responsibilities

Warmly greet and assist guests at entrance, café, and experience areas. Prepare and serve drinks/snacks, process payments, and maintain hygiene standards. Support visitors in creating cool content and explain interactive elements. Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in café and floor areas. Use walkie talkies to coordinate with colleagues and report issues promptly. Be proactive, approachable, and enthusiastic in every interaction.

Who You Are

Energetic, positive, and service-oriented personality. Team player with strong communication skills. Previous experience in hospitality or F&B is a plus. Comfortable with smartphones/cameras and supporting guests in creating content. Reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. Good language skills in English/German; additional languages are an advantage. Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.
