YOUR TASKS

We are looking for someone to support a major onshore HVDC underground cable project in Cable Procurement (m/f/d).


Your range of tasks includes but not limited to:

Purchasing Support

+ Assist the main the client in purchases in ordering DC cables from a framework agreement

Commercial Project Management

+ Coordinate schedules with internal and external stakeholders.
+ Measure and track project progress.
+ Prepare and maintain reports for internal stakeholders (e.g. purchasing team, civil engineering interfaces in the project).
+ Create, edit, and transmit relevant records and documents.

Contract Management

+ Interpret and apply contract content, especially FIDIC contracts.
+ Identify and evaluate contractual risks and opportunities.

Negotiation Coordination

+ Organize and conduct negotiation meetings.
+ Document and follow up on negotiation outcomes.

Communication & Reporting

+ Ensure effective communication across interfaces.
+ Provide regular updates and documentation to stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS & YOUR EXPERTISE

Relevant experience in strategic purchasing within the energy infrastructure sector (e.g., reference projects, similar tendering procedures, regulatory knowledge) Practical experience with FIDIC Experience in methodological and organizational skills, including: + Schedule coordination
+ Progress measurement
+ Reporting
+ Interface management
+ Organizing negotiations
Proven experience in DC cable procurement and contract execution Fluent in both written and spoken English and German Successful candidate must have eligibility to work in the EU, along with the outlined qualifications
