The Role



As we continue expanding our impact in Germany, we’re hiring a

Business Operations & Strategy Manager

. This role sits at the core of Oviva’s operational and strategic execution. You will lead high-impact projects across our patient acquisition and conversion journey while partnering with senior leaders to accelerate growth, improve processes, and launch new digital health products.


This is a hands-on, highly cross-functional role designed for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys working across multiple business areas, and is motivated by solving complex problems that have real, measurable outcomes.



You are a structured, analytical, operations-minded problem solver who enjoys turning strategy into action, someone who thrives where big-picture thinking meets execution detail.


We’d love to hear from you if you have:

A background in consulting or in strategy/operations roles within high-growth or complex organisations. Proven end-to-end ownership of cross-functional projects, including hands-on execution and stakeholder management. Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from data and translate them into decisions and measurable improvements. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence across teams and seniority levels. Comfort navigating ambiguity and context-switching across varied topics, from commercial strategy to operational deep dives.

Native-level German (C1/C2)

and strong business-level English. Essential. Bonus if you have experience in product launches, process optimisation, customer experience, or digital health environments.

Lead high-impact projects end-to-end, from scoping to implementation. Plan and execute new DiGA launches, including positioning and go-to-market. Build business cases and quantify value to support strategic decisions. Align and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery. Drive workflow redesigns, automation, and process improvements. Turn insights into clear action plans with defined milestones and KPIs. Partner with Product and Engineering to resolve operational tech issues. Act as the connector across Growth, Patient Services, Patient Success, Product, Engineering, and Clinical teams. Influence stakeholders without authority to drive alignment and execution. Maintain clarity through structured communication and decision frameworks.
