We’re seeking a Business Development Partner to accelerate our global growth strategy through targeted outreach, market research, and pipeline management. This role is ideal for a commercially minded professional with a hunter mentality, a structured and autonomous work style, and a relentless focus on closing deals and achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify trends, ideal client profiles, and new growth opportunities
Develop and execute structured outreach campaigns via calls and digital platforms
Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of qualified leads
Track interactions, optimize messaging, and ensure timely follow-up
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to refine targeting and strategy
Maintain accurate records in CRM and deliver regular performance reporting
Requirements
5+ years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or strategic partnerships
Demonstrated success in outbound outreach and lead generation
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
High level of ownership, self-motivation, and accountability
Comfortable with KPIs and performance-based evaluation
Proficiency with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and digital sales platforms
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
Preferred
Experience working with international markets and distributed teams
Familiarity with remote work environments and digital tools
Background in high-ticket sales, consulting, or market entry
