Business Development Executive

to drive growth, build strategic client relationships, and expand our market reach. If you thrive on selling unique, high-impact solutions powered by the latest AI and cloud technologies, this is the role for you.

Job requirements



As a

Business Development Executive

, you will be responsible for managing a strategic client portfolio, identifying and closing new business opportunities, and leveraging deep AWS expertise to provide strategic guidance. You will build and maintain a robust sales pipeline while mentoring team members and working towards exceeding sales targets.

In this role, you will deliver compelling presentations, navigate complex procurement processes, and foster strong relationships with AWS and partners to drive Firemind’s growth and success.

Our Ideal Candidate:



Sales Experience

– Strong background in solution selling, ideally in tech or consulting, with senior-level experience.

AWS Knowledge

– Solid understanding of AWS services and how they support business goals.

Strategic Selling

– Skilled in planning and executing sales strategies.

CRM Skills

– Comfortable using CRM tools to manage sales pipelines and forecasts.

Sales Results

– Proven success in hitting or exceeding sales targets.

Commercial Know-How

– Deep understanding of how clients handle buying and procurement.

People Skills

– Great at building relationships with different stakeholders.

Education & Certifications

– Degree in business, marketing, or similar; bonus if you have an advanced degree or AWS certifications.

Travel Ready

– Open to traveling when needed.
