Your tasks


Independent support and further development of the

Wind & Railway

business unit Conducting market, competitor and product analyses Identification and acquisition of new customers as well as development of additional market potential Expansion of market presence and further development of existing applications Development, coordination and implementation of market and sales strategies in close cooperation with the sales management Responsibility for marketing activities in the respective application area (e.g. creation of website content, publications, data sheets, etc.) Close cooperation with application technology and the research and development department Support of the market including customer development, key account management and support of the regional sales teams Coordination of customer projects (internal and external), if necessary as project manager for strategically important projects Co-design and optimization of internal processes and structures Responsibility for budget and investment planning



Your profile


Completed studies in the field of

mechanical engineering

,

industrial engineering

or degree as

a state-certified technician

Several years of relevant professional experience, ideally in the field of

plain bearing systems

Very good written and spoken English skills Independent, loyal and sovereign personality with negotiation skills, goal orientation and a high level of commitment Strong communication and presentation skills as well as a high level of initiative and team orientation Analytical thinking skills and strong customer orientation Experience in the sale of technically sophisticated products that require explanation Willingness to travel internationally Strategic and entrepreneurial thinking, organizational skills and a good sense of situations Intercultural competence, sociability, openness, enthusiasm, integrity and a positive, authentic charisma Resilience, assertiveness, determination, reliability and a strong sense of responsibility Knowledge of project management
