TrendMiner software is based on a high-performance analytics engine for time-series data that allows users to question data directly, without the support of data scientists. You are result driven, highly self-motivated, innovative, ambitious and experienced in process-engineering and/or industrial software sales, preferably in Chemicals and/or Energy, Natural Resources & Renewables. You have a practical, hands-on mentality. We are looking for a team player who jointly takes responsibility for our company\'s growth ambition.Key responsibilities include:
Planning and execution of new business strategy based on our successful Land & Expand model.
Co-create, execute and continuously improve a lead generation strategy supported by our marketing team
Support Field and Partner channels, driving maximum results for the company
Maintain knowledge on different use cases per Industry
Report frequently to the VP of Global Sales and the local manager on progress
Travel to customer locations to present company products, services and pricing in a professional manner
Maintain appropriate records for the development of sales forecasts for each account in our CRM system (Salesforce).
Understand and support company sales policies and procedures to provide proper and effective service to all customers and foster the development of long-term business relationships.
Minimal level of education Bachelors or Masters in a technical Study (preferably Process Engineering / Chemical Engineering, etc)
Minimum 2 years\' experience in New Business Sales
Profound knowledge of the process-industry and its software landscape
Understanding of demand generation processes and tools
Ability to understand client needs, create and capture demand
Strong interpersonal skills that establish trusted advisor relationships with clients
Proficient in English, both speaking and writing
Strong presentation skills
Go-getter and winner’s mentality
Innovative and creative to explore, find and improve effective strategies
Willingness to travel
Motivational and inspirational personality
