You will:
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and partnerships.
Develop and validate
business cases
for component integration into industrial and renewable systems.
Collaborate closely with R&D and product management to align market needs with product strategy.
Build relationships with OEMs, integrators, and system manufacturers across Europe.
Lead strategic initiatives to expand Innocoso’s presence in high-growth markets.
Generate new business opportunities that drive the future of the company.
Your Profile
Engineering degree
(Electrical, Mechanical, or similar field).
MBA preferred
but not required.
Minimum 3 years' experience in business development, product management, or technical sales of
sensors
,
connectors
, or other electromechanical/embedded components.
Proven ability to create and pitch business cases with technical and financial depth.
Strategic, structured thinker with hands-on execution skills.
Confident presenting to top management
and key decision-makers.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills—able to engage both technical and commercial stakeholders.
Fluent in
German and English
