Tasks



Platform management: You will assist in connecting and optimizing job and advertising platforms. Data analysis & reporting: You will analyze data from various sources and prepare it for strategic decision-making. Automation & programming: You will set up small scripts to automate and improve processes. Market and competition analysis: You will research market trends and optimize strategies based on relevant findings. Process optimization: You will identify potential for optimization in our processes and develop efficient solutions.

Requirements



Analytical thinking & affinity for data: You enjoy working with data and drawing strategic conclusions from it. Technical understanding: Ideally, you can write simple scripts (e.g., Python, SQL, or another relevant tool) and are not afraid of new technologies. Willingness to learn & initiative: You are eager to learn new things quickly in a dynamic environment and contribute your own ideas. Structured & independent way of working: You can work on several tasks at the same time and keep track of everything. Strong communication skills: You work closely with different teams and can present results clearly.
