to join our sales team in southern Germany in a flexible hybrid working setup. This is a newly created role where you will be responsible for driving growth across a strategic vertical in the German market by working closely with our internal Consulting, Marketing, Alliances and Delivery and partners in the region.
As the key connector, you bring together prospects, clients and expert teams of account managers, strategists, consultants and technologists to spark collaboration and deliver a broad range of innovative solutions. Your coordination transforms diverse expertise into impactful results for our clients.
Responsibilities
Drive new account acquisition and optimize sales funnels through strategic planning and competitive analysis
Lead strategic client engagement for key accounts by employing advanced negotiation and problem-solving skills
Oversee the preparation of business' value propositions, sales plans, RFPs/RFQs/RFIs; by serving as liaison to Business Units, sales, partner and executive teams
Collaborate with EPAM teams regarding joint opportunities, including pipeline and forecast reviews
Work with the assigned partner manager to identify, prepare and deliver product messaging to demonstrate EPAM value prop as a trusted systems integrator
Drive joint marketing initiatives with marketing teams
Requirements
Proven track record of selling IT services to Defence sector in Germany, including Tier1 and Tier2 clients
Relationships and network building: we need you to be the person who thrives on meeting people and networking
Solutions selling skills and demonstrated success developing and maintaining client and internal relationships
Ability to communicate effectively across teams with strong verbal, written, collaboration and interpersonal skills
Fluency in German and English language is required
