Currently, we're seeking a Sr. Business Developer based in Hamburg or München to drive EMEA partnerships, fostering significant growth and strategic brand relationships. As a business developer, you are responsible for building brand partnerships with new or existing advertisers. You will be responsible for creating new European partnerships, building senior level relationships and for growing the direct business in the EMEA region. You will be reporting to the Head of Brand Partnerships for EMEA and jointly work on strategic planning and growth.

Responsibilities
Understanding and communicating how Channel Factory’s products will assist clients in reaching their marketing goals
Identify and qualify opportunities leveraging your own creativity, inbound lead flow, personal prospecting efforts, contacts, existing accounts and partners.
Work on a verticalised go to market strategy and focus.
Approach the role with a growth-oriented, learning, entrepreneurial mindset.
Managing Brand partnerships with local sales and CSM teams from start to finish. Including overarching contracts, strategy, brief response, media plan creation, execution, reporting and invoicing
Owning and incrementally growing a book of business by focusing on client retention, growth, renewal, and satisfaction
Regular travel to visit top tier advertisers in the EMEA region
Creating and maintaining short and long-term Account Plans for each designated account
Responding to all client requests with urgency by using knowledge and understanding of all internal systems
Internal communication around partnerships, contract structures and planning
Expanding relationships through regular client communication to build and maintain deep-level partnerships
Actively up selling and renewing existing clients
Working side by side with local Sales teams to expand the business, provide brief responses and help with ad-hoc client requests
Work with sales teams to educate clients post-sales about Channel Factory’s offering for both managed and self-service products; working with external partners to provide best solutions for the client
Using Salesforce to help with forecasting and to track/manage opportunities
Maintaining and updating proficiencies in the video marketing space
Requirements
Requirements & Qualifications
10+ years of proven hands-on experience at a tech publisher, digital media companies or digital media agency in sales, product and/or business development or similar
A Senior Network at top tier advertisers in the EMEA region.
Effective experience in media buying on a bidding model e.g., DBM, DSP, PMD, Programmatic platforms, and/or management of campaigns in various dashboards highly preferred
Have strong communication skills; verbal, written, interpersonal and (group) presentation
Thrive as a presenter and be passionate about sales
Advanced knowledge of Excel calculations, pivot tables, and graphs is a must
Client facing experience working with both advertisers and their agencies
Able to help develop and set best practices and help train other team members to stay competitive in an ever-changing digital landscape
Strategy savvy in everything from planning to pricing campaigns
Able to effectively prioritise and work with little to no supervision
Highly organised and detail oriented professional
A collaborative individual who can work both in a team and independently
Driven and determined to learn and adapt in a fast-paced digital world
Salesforce platform experience is very helpful
Google Ads or YouTube certified, Meta and/or TikTok knowledge are a plus
Strategic capabilities and vision, happy to work on strategy and share an opinion
Able to lead discussions with senior partners
Great presenter and comfortable presenting to bigger groups of people
Interest in YouTube as a medium is a big plus!
