What You’ll Be Doing:



Developing and executing strategic business development plans to drive growth across key markets in Germany and Europe. Identifying, negotiating, and structuring strategic partnerships and alliances to expand Synopsys’ market presence and solution offerings. Leading the execution of go-to-market strategies for new products and features, ensuring alignment between commercial and technical objectives. Building robust business cases through comprehensive market, customer, and competitive analysis to support new market entries and investments. Setting and monitoring financial targets, overseeing P&L, and managing budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure optimal financial performance. Representing Synopsys at industry events, conferences, and meetings with customers, partners, and investors, acting as a key brand ambassador. Collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, product, and executive teams to drive alignment and deliver on business objectives.

What You’ll Need:



Proven experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or corporate development roles within the technology or semiconductor industry. Strong negotiation and contract management skills, with a track record of closing complex, high-value deals. Expertise in building business cases, market analysis, and competitive intelligence to inform strategic decisions. Financial acumen, including P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting. Deep understanding of go-to-market strategies and aligning business and technical objectives. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German is highly desirable.
