We entered the German market in 2010 and are currently active in many locations across Germany. We are following a strategic expansion plan across Europe, and Germany is a key part of our five-year plan.


Key Responsibilities:


Responsibilities:




Develop leads for business development opportunities. Follow up on and develop these leads to secure new business. Monitor tenders that are published and work with the pricing and operations teams to select the most suitable ones for our business. Develop bid presentations and supporting information. Attend and represent CCS at corporate presentations. Follow market trends and keep the business informed. Identify and select brand-enhancing opportunities that align with our culture and market positioning.

Pricing:




Work closely with the pricing teams to ensure that our current and future pricing aligns with market trends. Collaborate with all CCS functions to develop the right pricing for bids. Work with all relevant departments within CCS to ensure the successful onboarding of new clients.

Qualifications And Skills:


Required Skills:



+ Proven business development experience in the cleaning or a similar industry.
+ Charismatic sales professional with a passion for their role and the industry.
+ Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to embrace CCS values and work at all levels within our company and the industry.
+ Must be fully flexible in terms of time and travel.
+ Strong communication skills in German and English
+ A valid driver’s license.
+ Experienced presenter with the ability to captivate and engage an audience.
