Your Role
As a Concept Designer, you will be at the forefront of our creative process, laying the conceptual groundwork that our talented design team will build upon. You will be collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders to refine and iterate on the strategic approaches to complex design challenges. Your work will ensure the experiences we create align with our clients' business objectives and resonate with their audiences.


Responsibilities

Concept Development:

Lead ideation processes to generate bold, innovative ideas for a variety of experiential formats, incorporating interactive and immersive technologies to elevate the visitor experience.

Client Consulting and Collaboration:

Partner with international clients from project inception through research, strategy, and concept development.

Research:

Conduct primary qualitative research, including workshops, competitor analysis, target audience research, and trend analysis.

Presentation and Documentation:

Craft engaging presentations to communicate ideas effectively to clients and team members.

Self and Project Management:

Coordinate within cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution.

Qualifications and Skills

Technical Skills:

Excellent research, workshop, presentation, and analytical skills. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. Proven ability to translate insights into compelling concepts and strategies. Exceptional visual and written communication skills. Strong English copywriting skills (proficiency in German, Arabic, or Chinese is a plus). Proficiency with presentation software such as Keynote and Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe Creative Suite.

General Requirements:

University degree in a related field (preferably business, marketing, design, or cultural studies). 2-5 years of professional experience in design strategy (preferable in an agency environment). Good understanding of business models, brand, and design systems. Up-to-date knowledge of cultural trends in brand communication, exhibition design, technology innovations, and global social movements. Proficiency in English and good knowledge of German. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Strong communication and presentation skills. Experience in preparing, and evaluating strategic project workshops for international clients.
