Scope of responsibilities and tasks



As a Business Development & Team Assistant you will play a central role in supporting our team with coordination, controlling and administrative tasks while also contributing actively to our business development activities. Your support will be essential for smooth team operations and positioning our services competitively.

Key responsibilities include:

Contributing to our business development activities and actively engaging in the identification and presentation of project experts, the presentation of technical proposals and in the related information collection. Editing of MS Word files (technical proposals, project reports, CVs etc.). Assisting in project planning and team logistics. Providing day-to-day assistance to our project teams with a focus on administrative tasks and financial reporting. Providing valuable support for administrative compliance with the rules and procedures of our international financing partners (mainly EU, World Bank, GIZ). Supporting knowledge capitalisation in our team of project managers.

Qualifications and skills



Education background:

Successful completion of an office assistance or accounting curriculum. Alternatively: Relevant bachelor’s degree.
Professional experience:

At least 3 years of experience as an office or project assistant, ideally in an international environment. Experience with financial control or project accounting is a strong asset.

Soft skills:



Excellent organisational and self-management skills. Precision, reliability, and strong attention to detail. Analytical thinking. Proven intercultural and communication skills. Good team spirit.

Languages:



Excellent language proficiency in English and French for effective intercultural communication (minimum level C1).

IT and ERP skills:



A very strong command of MS Word and Excel.
