Your Responsibilities
You will tackle Flexa’s most urgent and high-impact projects - setting new growth records and unlocking our full market potential.
These projects will evolve over time - examples include:
Boost existing offerings:
Identify inefficiencies, streamline partner management, and scale partner sales operations. Develop new commercial models:
Conduct market research, test traction, and create scalable business models. Launch new offerings:
Set up partnerships, onboard initial customers, and support the team to expand our VPP into new segments. Manage technical dependencies:
Coordinate with tech and product teams, assess feasibility, and ensure alignment. Contribute to Flexa’s vision:
Align initiatives with company goals and communicate progress to leadership, investors, and partners.
