Your central role:

Plan and manage the BCM lifecycle for ERGO companies, focusing on German risk carriers Implement and continuously develop BCM processes in business and service units. Support the execution of Business Impact Analyses (BIA), the creation of Business Continuity Plans (BCP), and conduct tests, including quality assurance and compliance monitoring from a 2nd Line of Defense perspective Maintain and administer management tools and prepare regular reports for company management Manage interfaces with crisis and emergency management as well as IT Service Continuity Management; occasional travel is required

Your profile:

Degree in Business Administration, IT, or a comparable qualification. Extensive knowledge of BCM standards and norms, particularly ISO 22301:2019 and ISO 22313, BSI 100-4/200-4, and ISO/IEC 2700x, as well as requirements from DORA, MaGo, KRITIS, etc. Certification according to ISO 22301, such as CBCM, CBCI, BC Professional (BdSI), or comparable courses Practical experience in implementing and further developing a BCM system, as well as methodological competence regarding consulting, analysis, execution, and quality management of BCM core processes Profound knowledge in defining, implementing, and developing interfaces, ideally with crisis and emergency management and IT Service Continuity Management Strong communication skills, independent working style, high resilience, willingness to travel, and business fluent in German and English
