The Team

As Business Consultant - Process Automation (m/f/d) you will join our Automation Team at E.ON Digital Technology. As the primary point of contact for our stakeholders, you will play a crucial role in identifying, rethinking, and designing roadmaps for automatable processes. You will be responsible for guiding stakeholders through all aspects of intelligent and classical automation, including Power Platform, RPA, and Workflow Automation.

Your Role

Build and maintain a strong network across all Business Segments, position our unit as strong and reliable consulting partner for automation Serve as first point of contact for stakeholders to identify the potential of automatable processes Explore and consult on the opportunities for AI technologies (Intelligent Automation) Understand and analyse process structures and visualize effectively Develop and implement automation roadmaps/automation journeys, providing end-to-end support from ideation to project completion Consult stakeholders in measuring the impact of automation solutions

Your Profile

– authentic & open-mindedBachelor's degree in Business Informatics or a related field Proven experience in consulting and stakeholder interaction Deep knowledge of Automation technologies and market trends Excellent process understanding and visualization skills Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication methods Experience in business development is a plus Exhibit excellent presentation and communication skills in German and English
