Business Automation & Operations Manager (all Genders)

Berlin, BE, DE, Germany

Job Description

#

Your Role

This role combines a builder’s mindset with operational ownership and hands-on execution to drive growth and operational excellence. You own core operations, lead or contribute to cross-functional initiatives, design new processes and automate them – leveraging data, AI, and modern tooling where it creates real impact. We need someone who can turn complexity into clarity and manual tasks into AI-assisted, automated, and scalable systems, building the technical and operational backbone that allows every team to scale smarter, faster, and more efficiently with AI-enabled workflows.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Act as an Efficiency Architect:

Systematically audit processes across Marketing, Sales & Account Management, Product, Support and People to identify where time or leverage is wasted – and implement AI, automation, or process improvements to fix it.

Build tools and no/low-code solutions:

Design and deploy automated workflows using no/low-code platforms (e.g. Make, n8n, Gumloop). You act as the bridge between technical and non-technical teams, building tools that allow all functions to work autonomously.

Drive AI & support efficiency:

Improve AI-enabled solutions and evaluations for internal systems and support functions (e.g., auto-ticketing, system validation).

Own Core Operations & Stakeholder Management:

Take end-to-end ownership of critical workflows, including the active steering of our external Call Center. You act as their primary strategic partner to ensure service quality, while simultaneously redesigning internal processes to reduce manual touchpoints by 80%.

Data & Visibility:

Build the monitoring and KPI frameworks that give Leadership visibility into the engine room (e.g. Call Center performance) without requiring manual reporting.
