The role

As a Business Automation Engineer at GALVANY, you'll streamline workflows using tools like Airtable, Zoho, Kestra, n8n, Zapier, make and other low-code process automation platforms to support our AI-based Operating System, optimizing processes for sales, planning, installation, and operations of heat pumps and energy systems.

Design and implement automation solutions to create real business value by enhancing efficiency and scalability. Develop a deep understanding of business processes to drive digitalization and seamless integrations across teams. Explore AI and LLMs to augment automations and understand the Gen AI landscape.

Tech Stack

: Backend with GoLang; ML with Python, PyTorch, and LLMs; Frontend with React, Tailwind, and Shadcn; Mobile with Flutter; General tools including Azure, GitHub, Linear, Notion, Kafka, Benthos (data pipeline), n8n / Kestra (workflow engine), and low-code process automation platforms.

What we require

Experience.

2+ years of experience in high-performance environments (e.g., top-tier consulting, fast-scaling startups, or similar).

Track Record.

Proven end-to-end responsibility in automation/process design. From ideation to release.

Background.

Strong background in relevant fields, e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar.

Technical Skills.

Strong skills in low-code tools (e.g., Airtable, Zoho) rather than traditional coding.

Mindset.

Self-driven problem-solving mindset – no need for micromanagement or specific tickets.

Technical Aptitude.

Technical mindset with a passion for understanding systems, data flows, and integrations, coupled with enthusiasm for continuous learning and problem solving.

Language.

Fluent in English; German is a plus.
