Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst for Production Support in our Wealth & Front Asset Management Systems (AMS) team in Berlin, Germany. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our wealth and asset management platforms across Europe.

Analyze and resolve production issues related to wealth and asset management systems Collaborate with development teams to implement system enhancements and bug fixes Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement Develop and maintain documentation for processes, procedures, and system configurations Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and propose long-term solutions Liaise between business users and IT teams to ensure effective communication of requirements and solutions Participate in change management processes, including impact assessments and user acceptance testing Provide timely updates to stakeholders on issue resolution progress and system status Assist in the development and execution of disaster recovery and business continuity plans Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting wealth and asset management systems in Europe

Qualifications

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Proven experience in production support or similar IT operations role, preferably in the financial services industry In-depth knowledge of wealth management and asset management systems Solid understanding of financial markets, products, and European regulatory environment Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Proficiency in data analysis tools and SQL Experience with ITIL framework and best practices Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field preferred Experience with specific wealth management or asset management platforms is highly desirable Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology ITIL certification is a plus
