Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role



As a Business Analyst – IT Solution Owner, Supply Chain Planning, you will drive IT solutions, standardize processes, and ensure stable operations. You will manage the lifecycle, monitor KPIs, and coordinate partners to achieve continuous improvements.





Serve as the

Single Point of Contact

(SPOC) for all functional topics related to the

IT solution

Continuously improve the

IT solution

to ensure

efficient, effective use

of

business processes

and

drive standardization

Ensure stable

day-to-day operations

and pursue

ongoing quality improvements

Manage the

application lifecycle

, including

release and version upgrades

, as well as

configuration management

Ensure

IT compliance

and

adherence

to relevant policies Monitor

performance

against

defined KPIs

and ensure fulfillment of SLAs

Coordinate, oversee, and direct service delivery

by external partners within the team

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

At least

1 year of professional experience

, including project management

University degree

, ideally in

Business Informatics/Information Systems

(or a related field) Basic knowledge of

supply chain planning

and management Basic knowledge of

Oracle database solutions

Programming skills in

C++, C#, and Java

Strong MS Office skills; experience with

SAP ERP/S/4HANA

is an advantage

Fluent English

(spoken and written); German is an advantage and strong teamwork and

communication skills
