As a Bulletin & Marketing Communication Specialist (f/m/d) at Siemens Energy, you are the central voice for translating technical and commercial insights into Product Safety Warnings and Product Improvement communications. You’ll work at the intersection of Engineering, Legal, Sales, and Field Service to collaboratively create marketing materials and safety bulletins that inform customers about critical updates, operational recommendations, and new technologies.
Your day starts by analyzing complex technical and commercial topics and developing customer focused strategies around them. You ensure alignment with compliance and commercial goals while supporting global sales teams in effectively communicating product improvements and safety issues.
Beyond content creation, you’ll play a key role in optimizing internal processes. You’ll engage with cross-functional teams to map workflows, identify areas for improvement, and document standards that enhance operational efficiency across the department.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Creation and release of product safety and improvement bulletins
Validation of messaging for legal, technical, and commercial accuracy
Development of tools, templates, and rollout kits for global customer-facing teams
Documentation of internal workflows related to bulletin creation and distribution
Collaboration with process leads and subject matter experts
Continuous improvement of documentation flows to support clarity, quality, and compliance
What You Bring
Technical degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or similar background
Experience in creating structured, customer-facing technical content
Several years in a technical environment, preferably in large rotating equipment or product safety/legal domains
Familiarity with quality management systems, documentation standards and quality system frameworks
Ability to simplify complex technical input into validated communication outputs
Practical and organized approach emphasizing simplicity, traceability, and continuous improvement

Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
