What you will enjoy doing

In this role you will take ownership of impactful sourcing strategies across EMEA and apply data analytics and optimization techniques to solve critical sourcing challenges and improve cross-border planning Furthermore you will utilize programming (Python, R, SQL) and optimization tools (Arkieva, Gurobi) to forecast demand, optimize costs, and drive profitability You will lead the adoption of Bulk Optimisation and PowerZone tools to streamline operations and enhance growth related and investment decision-making Also, you will collaborate across RBUs to align sourcing strategies and deliver measurable efficiency improvements Communicate complex insights using data visualization platforms like Tableau or Power BI, ensuring stakeholders at all levels understand your recommendations.

What makes you great

You hold a master’s degree in operations research, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, or related fields (A PhD is preferred) You bring expertise in optimization, machine learning techniques, and decision analysis to sourcing processes You excel at handling complex datasets, building mathematical models, and translating insights into actionable results You are someone who thrives on solving challenges using advanced analytics and mathematical modelling Strong collaboration skills enable you to engage with cross-functional teams across EMEA effectively Early-career professionals, recent graduates, or candidates from academia are welcome to apply
