Deine Aufgaben

Prüfung, Erfassung und Zuordnung aller Eingangsrechnungen Erstellung und Verwaltung von Ausgangsrechnungen Pflege und Aktualisierung von Kunden- und Lieferantenstammdaten Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen Unterstützung der Monats- und Jahresabschlussprozesse Begleitung von Prüfungen sowie Sicherstellung der Einhaltung relevanter Rechnungslegungsstandards

Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau und fließende Englischkenntnisse Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation Berufserfahrung im Rechnungswesen oder in der Buchhaltung Gute Kenntnisse der relevanten steuerlichen Vorgaben und Vorschriften Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel Erfahrung mit Microsoft Dynamics Business Central von Vorteil * Analytisches Denken, hohe Genauigkeit sowie eine lösungsorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
