ABOUT THE ROLE

Your main focus is preparing and serving breakfast and coffee for our guests and residents. You ensure a smooth, friendly and high quality morning experience and help create a welcoming café atmosphere.



Prepare and serve breakfast plates for our guests Prepare and serve coffee using a professional portafilter machine Ensure the café and breakfast area are clean, organized and ready for business at all times Cover mainly morning shifts starting at 6.30 am as well as weekend shifts Follow and comply with all health and safety standards Refill and maintain vending machines to keep them clean, stocked and appealing Support basic reception tasks if needed such as welcoming guests and assisting with check ins

YOUR PROFILE

You have experience in food and beverage or you convince us that you are a natural host You believe great coffee and a good breakfast can make someone’s day You genuinely enjoy working with people and communicate openly and confidently You are fluent in English and able to communicate confidently in German in daily operations with guests You enjoy a hands on startup environment You are reliable and comfortable with early morning and weekend shifts
