Germany is the third biggest market for Campari globally and contributes significantly to the Group’s profitability. Ouzo 12 Franchise is a market leading brand, and the fourth biggest contributor to local NSV (behind Aperol, Sarti and Campari), Wild Turkey is a huge global brand with significant room to grow in Germany.

General Description of the Role




The Brand Manager Spirits reports to the Marketing Manager Sarti, Campari & Spirits, who in turns reports to the Marketing Director. Brand Manager Spirits is a key member of Campari Deutschland’s marketing team and is responsible for a sizeable part of the portfolio, including Ouzo 12 Franchise, Wild Turkey, Espolon and other premium spirits. In this role you will oversee the development and delivery of a fully integrated marketing strategy, you will also have a hands-on role in the development of communication assets and be responsible for the planning and execution of OFF Trade programs (such as VAP’s and secondary placements).

Main activities are:



Brand Strategy & Planning: You will lead the development of the annual marketing plan and oversee investment allocation, working closely with brand and sales teams. For Wild Turkey, you’ll collaborate with the global team to define an European strategy and implement it across Germany. Key responsibilities include shaping overall strategy, growth initiatives, marketing mix, and channel strategy. NPD: You will be responsible for researching, and leading local innovation projects in collaboration with global functions Plan Execution: You will coordinate the team in the execution of the defined marketing plan for assigned brands through an omnichannel activation, working with internal stakeholders such as Integrated Marketing and Customer and Channel Marketing. Budget: You will contribute to the development of the brands annual A&P budget. Brand Diagnosis and Assessment: You will oversee the brand’s profitability and performance, implement corrective strategies, when needed, and work hand in hand with Channel & Customer Marketing and FP&A Departments. Day-to-day activities: administrative and operative management related to your portfolio

Experience & Education



University degree with a specialization in Marketing, MBA nice to have. Fluent English is a must, strong knowledge of German a plus At least 5 years of experience focused on brand management CCM or Sales Experience strongly appreciated. Consumer understanding. Brand positioning knowledge. Able to develop a media communication strategy and ATL/digital contents. Experience in budget and P&L management. Strong quantitative and analytical skills, ability to interpret sales performance and market trend metrics and information (e.g. Nielsen retail, IRI)
