Brand Experience Manager (m/w/d)

Job Description

Fjällräven is looking for an authentic, hands-on, and solution-oriented individual who combines strong brand execution, training excellence, and operational sales focus. This hybrid role includes 3–4 days of travel across Germany and 1–2 days working from the Munich office. You ensure that every Fjällräven Brand Corner reflects the brand’s quality, functionality, and sustainability.

WHAT YOU WILL DO



1. Ensure flawless in-store execution



Guarantee an inspiring, consistent brand experience across all Brand Corners Oversee store readiness, merchandising standards, and overall presentation Coordinate installation, updates, and repairs of shop-in-shop fixtures

2. Secure stock availability & premium presentation



Align with Globetrotter and Fjällräven Sales Planning to ensure optimal product availability Manage replenishment and maintain seasonal visual merchandising guidelines

3. Drive brand consistency, training & activations



Lead and support Brand Ambassadors in sales, VM, and marketing execution Ensure consistent implementation of all brand guidelines and storytelling Plan and deliver seasonal product, brand, and sales trainings Create a concise manual covering sales, VM, marketing, and feedback processes

4. Enable sales excellence



Monitor sell-through and key KPIs, identify opportunities, and recommend actions Collaborate closely with Merchandise, VM, Trade Marketing, and store teams

5. Lead & develop Brand Ambassadors



Act as main point of contact, coach, and mentor for all Brand Ambassadors Set clear priorities, foster motivation, and support individual development Manage Ambassadors according to the structured Ambassador Handbook

6. Implement brand initiatives



Deliver retail campaigns, sustainability storytelling, and community activations Collect store insights to drive continuous improvement of brand performance and customer experience

WHO YOU ARE



3–5 years of experience, ideally in the sporting goods or outdoor industry Strong background in premium retail, brand management, sales performance, and VM Academic degree in business/economics or a completed commercial apprenticeship Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills Structured, detail-oriented, hands-on, and solution-driven working style Valid driver’s license for Germany; willingness to travel extensively Fluent in German (C1) and English (B2)
