MOZA Racing is seeking a proactive and resourceful Brand Development Manager to expand partnership opportunities and organize marketing activities in key markets. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in establishing strategic relationships with industry partners, planning and executing events, and supporting the global development of the MOZA Racing brand within the international sim-racing and gaming communities.
1. Identify and engage potential international partners, including influencers, media, racing events, drivers, and related gaming hardware companies within the gaming and sim-racing industries.
2. Act as a BD expert representing MOZA Racing during negotiations with potential partners.
3. Build and manage long-term partnerships that align with MOZA Racing’s strategic objectives and support business growth in global markets.
4. Evaluate the success of partnerships and provide recommendations for future collaborations.
Event Planning and Participation:
1. Assist in the planning and execution of offline events, exhibitions, and trade shows to increase brand visibility for MOZA Racing.
2. Represent the company at international events, ensuring successful product promotion and building strong relationships with attendees, partners, and the sim-racing community.
3. Collaborate with the MOZA Racing marketing team and partners to co-create and execute marketing campaigns, while monitoring their effectiveness.
4. Coordinate logistics, partnerships, and marketing efforts for events and expos to enhance audience engagement and product awareness.
Brand Representation and Community Engagement:
1. Act as a brand representative for MOZA Racing at various events and industry functions, pitching to potential partners such as racing events, drivers, car manufacturers, and hardware partners.
2. Engage with the sim-racing and gaming communities through partnerships, offline activities, and community events to strengthen brand loyalty.
3. Work with the marketing team to ensure all event activities align with the company’s overall branding and marketing strategy.
Market Research and Insights:
1. Conduct research to identify partnership opportunities in local and international markets, focusing on trends in motorsports and sim-racing.
2. Provide feedback and recommendations to the product and marketing teams based on local market demands, customer preferences, and industry developments.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
1. Work closely with sales, product development, and the global marketing team to ensure seamless execution of marketing and partnership initiatives.
2. Assist with the localization of marketing content and messaging to ensure relevance in various international markets.
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Event Management, or a related field.
· 2-4 years of experience in international marketing, event planning, or partnership development, preferably in the gaming, racing, flight, or hardware tech industries.
· Proven ability to develop and maintain strategic partnerships across different markets.
· Experience in planning, coordinating, and participating in offline events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
· Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across different cultures and markets.
· Fluency in English is required; proficiency in local languages is a plus.
· Passion for motorsports, gaming, or the sim-racing industry.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
