We are a beauty start-up founded in 2020 and located in the heart of Berlin. Our team is composed of over 110 brilliant human beings who came from all over the world to write Yepoda’s story actively.


We are currently looking for a

Brand & Communications Intern

to join our team in Berlin.

Your Tasks

Act as the

brand police

for the Brand & Communications team, ensuring all presentations, documents, and marketing materials align with Yepoda’s brand identity and communication guidelines. Support with

presentation creation and formatting

, making sure all internal and external materials are visually polished and consistent. Assist with

copywriting and marketing translations

to maintain brand voice and messaging across multiple channels. Help coordinate and maintain

brand and communication guidelines

, ensuring they are effectively implemented across the business. Work on

brand and business projects

, including international market initiatives and activations. Assist in organizing

pop-ups, events, and offline activations

, coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring smooth execution. Conduct

market and cultural research

to better engage with local audiences. Support the social media team with

content ideas, production, and scheduling

to enhance brand storytelling. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clear and cohesive internal communication.

Your Profile

You are currently studying or have recently completed a degree in

Communication Science, International Business, Press & PR, Communication Media, Digital Marketing, or a related field

. (We are particularly looking for candidates with a

strong communication focus!

) Fluent in

English

(additional languages are a plus!). Passionate about branding, marketing, and

effective communication

. Strong

organizational and project management skills

with an eye for detail. A Google Slides wizard with

exceptional presentation skills

and a sharp eye for brand consistency. Creative, flexible, and eager to

learn and take initiative

. Familiarity with

social media trends, digital marketing, and content creation

is a plus. A

collaborative team player

with a

"can-do"

attitude and a structured approach to work.
