Brand Associate with Croatian (Relocation support to Sofia, Bulgaria)
Main responsibilities:
Maintaining a thorough understanding of the company's product portfolio; Provide prompt information and support throughout the customer's experience within the platform; Track deliveries and handle complaints; Update the platform's database.
