Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and charismatic Brand Ambassador to represent our brand at events, promotions, and through social media channels. The ideal candidate will be passionate about our products/services, have excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage with diverse audiences to build brand awareness and loyalty. As a Brand Ambassador, you will act as the face of the company, driving customer interactions, generating leads, and enhancing our brand's reputation in the market.

Key Responsibilities

Promote the Brand:

Represent the company at trade shows, product launches, in-store demonstrations, community events, and online platforms to showcase our products/services.

Engage with Audiences:

Interact with potential customers, answer questions, distribute promotional materials, and provide product samples or demos to create positive brand experiences.

Social Media Advocacy:

Create and share content on personal or company social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X) to amplify brand messaging, including live streams, stories, and user-generated content.

Gather Feedback:

Collect customer insights, feedback, and market trends during interactions and report them to the marketing team to inform future strategies.

Build Relationships:

Network with influencers, partners, and customers to foster long-term relationships and collaborations that support brand growth.

Track Performance:

Monitor and report on engagement metrics, such as event attendance, social media interactions, and lead generation, using provided tools or apps.

Compliance and Representation:

Ensure all activities align with brand guidelines, legal requirements, and company values, maintaining a professional image at all times.

Travel and Logistics:

Be willing to travel to events or locations as needed, and assist with setup/teardown of promotional booths or displays.
Qualifications and Requirements

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Experience:

1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or promotional roles; prior experience as a brand ambassador or influencer is a plus.

Skills:

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and networking abilities. Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation tools. Ability to work independently and in team settings. Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer engagement strategies.

Personal Attributes:

Energetic, outgoing personality with a positive attitude; reliable, adaptable, and enthusiastic about the brand. Must be comfortable in public speaking and handling crowds.

Technical Requirements:

Access to a smartphone or device for social media and reporting; familiarity with CRM tools or apps (e.g., Google Workspace, Salesforce) is advantageous.
