Bike Mechanic (f/m/d)

who want to work hands-on with modern e-bikes, deliver high-quality repairs, and help our customers stay productive on the road.

Your Mission

Safety & Maintenance:

Regular inspection and upkeep of our e-bike fleet

Diagnostics & Repairs:

Identify recurring issues, troubleshoot, and apply long-term solutions

Spare Parts Management:

Order and maintain an optimal parts stock in your van

Mobile Service:

Perform repairs and check-ups directly at customer locations

Customer Interaction:

Collect feedback, ensure satisfaction, and represent our service standards

Your skills and qualifications

Experience:

Have you worked on bicycles or e-bikes before? Great! Whether professionally or as a hobby - the main thing is that you know a bit about them. Experience in electronics, mechanics, or similar fields is wonderful, but not a must.

Bicycle Enthusiast:

You don't just enjoy riding bicycles and e-bikes, but you also find it exciting to learn how they work and how to repair them.

Strong Communication:

You can explain complex technical matters simply and clearly, and you enjoy engaging with people.

Service Orientation:

Customer service is in your blood. You work in a solution-oriented manner and keep a cool head even in stressful situations.

Organizational Talent:

You keep track of pending repairs and can set priorities sensibly.

Language:

You speak fluent English or German. If you can speak both - even better!

Mobility:

Class B driver's license.
