Bicycle Mechanic for E-Bikes

(m/f/d) and help more people recognize the benefits of bicycles as a true alternative for urban commuting.

Ampler is known for crafting the lightest and most secure e-bikes, setting new standards in superior quality and simplicity. In our quest to build the best commuting device, our products have won multiple design and product awards. In April we launched Nova, the world’s first e-bike with USB-C charging, allowing it to be powered with a standard laptop charger. Nova received the highest accolade in the cycling world and won the Eurobike Gold Award 2025.

What tasks await you?

As a

Bicycle Mechanic

(m/f/d), you will be responsible for the careful repair, assembly, and maintenance of our modern and easy-to-service e-bikes for customers or our test fleet. You will uphold our premium quality standards and handle quick fault diagnoses, including remote diagnostics.

What skills should you bring to thrive in this role?

You have successfully completed training as a

bicycle mechanic

, are in the process of completing it, or have previous experience

working as a Mechanic

. Your passion for tinkering, good self-organization, and

structured working style

make you perfect for the daily tasks around Ampler bikes.

Strong English and German skills

are essential to stay informed and communicate effectively. A strong

customer-oriented mindset

completes your profile.

Who will you work with?

Ampler e-bikes are designed, produced, and sold by an international team of around 54 people in Estonia, Šwitzerland and Germany. Our headquarters is in Tallinn, Estonia, where we manufacture our e-bikes. The rest of the team is based in Berlin or Zurich, home to our showrooms. We take pride in our strong team values, which guide us in the right direction for every decision.

You will be part of the international Warranty & Service Team and collaborate with Berlin-based mechanics and showroom assistants.

Pay: 2.300,00€ - 3.000,00€ per month
