Likewise, we are seeking a skilled Natural Language Processing (NLP) expert to join our dynamic team. As an NLP specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced algorithms to analyze and process large amounts of natural language data. You will work with cutting-edge technology and collaborate with talented colleagues to help drive innovation in the field of NLP.

T\xc3\xa4tigkeit:
- Designing and implementing NLP algorithms and models to analyze large datasets as part of our OSInt activities
- Evaluating the performance of NLP models and making recommendations for improvement and their safe usage (wrt. model confidence, uncertainty, interpretability)
- Conducting research to stay up-to-date on the latest NLP techniques and technologies
- Collaborating with other team members to develop and refine project requirements
- Communicating complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- A degree in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, Mathematics, or related field, with a minimum of 3 years of NLP experience
- Strong programming skills in Python, and experience with DL frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow
- Familiarity with NLP libraries like Hugging Face, NLTK or spaCy and experience with post-training deployment and fine-tuning of large language models
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with an independent and structured way of working
- Familiarity with agile process models is an advantage
- Excellent knowledge of English and German
