Your mission

The Michelberger Hotel is a place where people come together to have a good time. In our restaurant and café/bar we serve the best local products sourced from a sustainable network of farmers, hunters and suppliers we trust and out of our own Michelberger Farm, a food forest in Spreewald/Brandenburg.

We are looking for support in the Michelberger Bar part-time (24 hours)!

As Barkeeper you are responsible for :



Host in the evening Preparation of cocktails and drinks Supporting the service Assistance with the conception and implementation of the offer Close cooperation with the other F&B departments Participation in team meetings & clear communication

Your profile

Great pleasure in teamwork and hosting Professional and friendly demeanor in dealing with guests and colleagues At least 2-3 years of professional experience in a managerial role Strong technical expertise in the bar area

About us

The Michelberger Hotel & Restaurant is a metropolitan oasis of recreation, togetherness and pleasure in the heart of Berlin. Founded and directed by Nadine and Tom Michelberger. The Michelberger includes a regenerative farm in the Spreewald, the ORA restaurant, the Theke Imbiss, the MXPSM spirits manufactory, the PEOPLE Festival and the Fountain of Youth coconut water.



Since 15 years, the Michelberger is a vibrant human centered place serving and hosting people, a social space for the multitude of work and leisure travel occasions. Grown out of Berlin's cultural landscape, the Michelberger is constantly evolving with the people and stories that this hotel life writes.
