Brammibal's Donuts is a vegan donut company founded in 2015 by our two CEOs, Jessica and Bram. Today, we run nine locations in Berlin and five in Hamburg, serving our delicious vegan donuts and specialty coffee. Join us and help change the perception of plant-based food - one donut at a time.

About the job

As a Baker, you will work in our

Production Team

to provide delicious donuts and other goods for our shops and customers at our bakery in Neukölln (near S Sonnenallee/Köllnische Heide).



Your main daily focus will be making the donuts, you will mix and prepare doughs, cut, bake and fry the donuts. You should be organized, decisive, attentive, and possess a strong understanding of modern baking techniques. Flexibility and interest in helping out with decorating and in the prep kitchen are also essential.

Mix and prepare dough for donuts Cut, bake, and fry donuts, ensuring they meet our quality standards Maintain a clean and organized workspace Ensure consistency and quality in all products Collaborate with the production team to meet daily production goals Decorate donuts and assist in the prep kitchen as needed

About you

Experience / Education:

You have experience and/or education as a baker/confectioner or in a professional kitchen

Work Hours:

You are available to work early morning shifts, usually starting between 1:00 a.m. and 4:30 a.m

Attention to Detail:

You produce food products with consistent quality and precision

Team Player:

You enjoy working in a team environment and contribute positively to team dynamics

Plant-Based Experience:

Experience using plant-based ingredients is an advantage

Flexibility:

You are willing to assist with decorating and in the prep kitchen

Rote Karte:

Rote Karte (health certificate) is required

What we offer

Hourly wage of €14.60 and €16.15

, depending on experience

Bonuses for Sundays, night shifts, and public holidays

(All bonuses are tax-free: 25% night bonus, 25% on Sundays, 50% on public holidays, 40% if you start before 12 a.m. and work until 5 a.m.)
