As a thesis student, you will use your knowledge in data analytics (in particular, machine learning algorithms) and python programming to explore the task of monitoring the state of health for water electrolyzers, contributing to advancements in sustainable energy solutions.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Develop standard schemes to clean and filter raw time series data as necessary
Develop new and/or extend existing machine learning algorithms for tracking water electrolyzers’ state of health and implement it in Python
Analyze the robustness of the schemes with industrial operation data, ensuring their reliable performance in real-world scenarios
Develop quality code in GIT environment and produce proper documentation
Use results from your work to support product development and field service
What You Bring
Ongoing Bachelor’s or Master’s study in engineering, data analytics / science, computer science, or a related field
Strong analytical skills and structured working style
Open minded, willingness and passion to explore with new methods and different thinking
Familiar with Python programming - Experience with machine learning packages such as scikit-learn is a plus
Experience with GIT is a plus
Proficiency in English, German is a plus
