Ihre Ausbildungsinhalte

Erlernen der Grundlagen der Betriebswirtschaft, wie Materialwirtschaft, Produktionswirtschaft, Vertrieb, Finanz- und Rechnungswesen sowie das Personalwesen, und werden zum „Allrounder" in unserem Unternehmen Mitarbeit in Projekten, wobei Sie z.B. die Produktion, unsere Produkte und die internen sowie externen Schnittstellen kennenlernen Einblicke in die Steuerung von betriebswirtschaftlichen Prozessen und Arbeitsabläufen

Ihre Kompetenzen

Guter mittlerer Bildungsabschluss mit guten Leistungen oder Hoch-/Fachhochschulreife Begeisterung für wirtschaftliche Prozesse und Abläufe Kontakt- und Kommunikationsfreudigkeit sowie Organisationsgeschick Zuverlässige, pünktliche, sorgfältige und verantwortungsvolle Arbeitsweise Hohe Lernbereitschaft und Teamfähigkeit
