Troubleshoot advanced AV signal flow issues, including EDID, HDCP, and signal degradation problems within the video distribution system. Program and update user interfaces on AV control systems (e.g., Extron TouchLink Pro, Crestron touch panels) to ensure intuitive operation for end-users. Provide hands-on setup, operation, and user support for scheduled VTC events, including secure (SVTC) sessions with higher commands. Maintain and troubleshoot AV/VTC equipment, including CODECs, control panels, microphones, and monitors. Coordinate with NEC, DISA, and mission partners to schedule and establish multi-site calls. Maintain documentation, SOPs, and configuration baselines for all AV systems, with a focus on the operations center and data wall.
