ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM




Join our Quality Assurance team to support the testing of products and projects that are transforming passenger processing. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that our systems - from check-in kiosks to biometric solutions - run smoothly, reliably, and securely.

WHAT YOU’LL DO



Support project teams with installation and commissioning of systems (check-in kiosks, self-bag drop, secure gates, biometric and payment systems). Install and administer test systems needed for projects. Create test specifications and reports for both internal and external stakeholders. Execute and document tests for automated passenger processing applications. Analyze errors and log issues in a ticketing system. Collaborate with development teams to resolve problems quickly.

Qualifications:

ABOUT YOUR SKILLS



3+ years’ experience in an associate/system administration role. Strong understanding of

system setup, administration, and network infrastructure

. Hands-on experience with

Windows/Linux operating systems

. Experience with

Octane testing tool

,

Jira

, and other ticketing systems. Solid

hardware knowledge

. Proficiency in

German (C1)

and

English (B1)

. Ability to use

scripting languages

(no full coding required). Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist (System Integration), degree in Computer Science, or equivalent training. Strong logical thinking, creativity, and initiative. Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
