Deine Aufgaben

Vermittlung & Beratung:

Vermiete Industrie- und Logistikflächen in Norddeutschland

Strategische Analyse:

Erarbeite Nutzungskonzepte, Standortanalysen und Marktuntersuchungen

Kundenbeziehungen:

Akquiriere Neukunden und betreue bestehende Mandanten professionell

Projektmanagement:

Bearbeite Vermietungsobjekte und größere Flächengesuche eigenverantwortlich

Dokumentation:

Führe Kundenakten im CRM-System Argo gewissenhaft

Vertrieb:

Bearbeite Alleinvermietungsaufträge erfolgreich

Zusammenarbeit:

Arbeite eng mit unseren Teams in Deutschland und international zusammen

Präsentation:

Bereite Kundentermine vor und führe Verhandlungen durch

Cross-Selling:

Identifiziere und entwickle zusätzliche Geschäftsmöglichkeiten

Dein Profil

Ausbildung:

Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Immobilienschwerpunkt oder Ausbildung als Immobilienkaufmann/-frau oder vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung

Erfahrung:

Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb gewerblicher Immobilien Idealerweise Erfahrung im Bereich Industrie- und Logistikimmobilien fundierte Ortskenntnisse in Hamburg und dem norddeutschen Markt von Vorteil

Kompetenzen:

Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse Ausgeprägte Akquisitionsstärke und Kundenorientierung Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit Hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung und Eigeninitiative
