Join Kyndryl as a
Lead Customer Technical Solutioner
and play a key role in shaping complex
Transition & Transformation (T&T)
solutions for our clients. In this client-facing role, you will lead the creation of end-to-end technical solutions during the sales engagement lifecycle, acting as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders and representing the T&T organization both internally and externally.
You will be responsible for designing innovative, market-competitive solutions that align with customer needs and Kyndryl’s strategic goals. Your work will directly impact on customer satisfaction, business value, and the successful delivery of transformation programs.
What You’ll Do
Lead the design and development of end-to-end T&T solutions during sales engagements
Represent the T&T organization in client discussions
Ensure solution quality across KPIs: scope, cost, baseline, and technology
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, especially at the executive level
Create compelling, value-driven transformation journeys for customers
Support sales teams with solution presentations, staffing plans, cost models, and risk assessments
Collaborate with internal and external partners to shape the best-fit solutions
Identify risks early and proactively communicate with stakeholders
Promote best practices, efficiencies, and innovations in T&T delivery
Contribute to staff development and readiness for upcoming deals
Apply methodologies such as waterfall, agile, and hybrid approaches

Required Skills and Experience
Proven experience in designing and delivering complex T&T solutions
Strong understanding of ITSM, ITOM, and related ServiceNow modules
Deep technical knowledge in Cloud, Network, Infrastructure, Service Management, and Application Services
Experience in strategic and financial planning
Familiarity with consultative and managed service models
Strong customer and vendor management skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Fluent in
German and English
(spoken and written)
Experience in proposal writing and cost modeling (top-down/bottom-up)
Knowledge of project methodologies and transformation program behavior
Preferred Skills and Experience
Strong leadership and negotiation skills
Experience in pre-sales and customer advisory roles
Ability to act as a Service Ambassador and Trusted Advisor
Strategic thinker with a proactive, “can-do” attitude
Understanding of legal and contractual implications
Willingness to travel nationally
