The Associate Director Data Analytics Platform Architecture drives architectural decisions for the team. This role values simplicity and is unafraid to challenge technical constraints and procedures to achieve an agile design. Your responsibilities are:




Design the overall technological architecture of the product, service and application. Constantly look for better ways of solving technical problems, designing the solution within the Tech Stack. Coach and guide teams on coding practices, code reviews, continuous integration and automated deployment for products. Work with Product Owners to align the roadmap with strengths and opportunities within the technical solution space. Provide a roadmap for the team for implementing software engineering practices ensuring high code quality and security. Maintain and communicate external IT dependencies by aligning with Business stakeholders.




What you have to offer.




Degree in Computer Science or a related field. Several years of professional experience in cloud environments with data-platform focus, particularly with AWS. Proficiency in Databricks is essential. Expertise in Terraform and DevOps best practices is required. Familiarity with tools such as Fivetran, DBT, and PowerBI (advantageous). Experience in regulated environments (e.g., GxP) is beneficial. Strong analytical thinking and strong communication skills. Fluency in English, both oral and written, German is a plus.
